Indemnity &
Refund Policy
01. Formal Preamble
By initiating a procurement sequence with HRS Distribution, the purchasing party acknowledges and explicitly consents to the following Global Logistical Indemnity & Refund Protocol.
Our return frameworks are governed by International Laboratory Biosafety Standards and the biological realities of peptide stability, rather than general retail standards.
02. Non-Reversible Molecular Transfer
Peptides are highly sensitive molecular structures. Upon the recorded physical transition from our climate-controlled environment to your destination, the Biological Integrity Benchmark is terminated.
HRS Distribution operates a Strict Zero-Return Policy on all Peptide Assets to protect the research community from contaminated reagents. Once delivered, no peptide return shall be authorized.
03. Hardware Recovery Protocol
Ancillary hardware (syringes, filters, etc.) is eligible for return only if it remains in its Original, Factory-Sealed, Vacuum-Sterilized Packaging.
3.1 Restocking & Logistics
- §3.2.1 Restocking Fee: A 15% Administrative Fee is deducted for re-cataloging and sterilization audits.
- §3.2.2 Logistical Liability: The Researcher assumes all return shipping costs via a tracked, insured service.
04. Verified Transit Catastrophe (VTC)
Peptide assets are generally ineligible for refund due to the risk of degradation during unauthorized transit. An exception is made for verified physical damage occurring purely within the transit window.
The 24-Hour Reporting Mandate
All VTC events must be reported to returns@hrsdistribution.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this window are legally null and void.
05. Fiscal Recoupment
Refunds are calculated using a Proportional Prorated Audit. Remediation is calculated based on individual component failure, not full-order value.
