01. Absolute Agreement

The following instrument constitutes a definitive, legally binding Governance Agreement between the individual or entity accessing this digital portal (hereinafter referred to as “the Researcher,” “the Buyer,” or “the User”) and HRS Distribution (hereinafter referred to as “the Firm”). By executing any interaction, including but not limited to browsing, account registration, or procurement sequences, the User enters into an Irrevocable Covenant of Compliance.

1.1 Perpetual Evolution

The Distributor reserves the Unilateral Authority to modify this Manifesto at any temporal coordinate without prior notification. Continued interaction post-modification constitutes an Estoppel of Objection, whereby the User waives all rights to contest revised clauses retrospectively.

02. The Molecular Mandate

The User certifies that they are a qualified researcher or representative of a laboratory institution. You acknowledge that the Primary Node does not provide “Supplements” or “Medication.” Any attempt to describe these compounds as such will result in the immediate termination of the research chain.

03. Proprietary Architecture

All digital assets, including the Peptide Calculator Algorithm, kinetic loop logos, and CSS architectures, are the exclusive Intellectual Property of HRS Distribution. Any unauthorized replication of this site’s code constitutes Digital Trespass.

04. Logistical Indemnity

Upon the hand-off of an order to a third-party courier, the Title of Ownership and the Risk of Loss transfer entirely to the Buyer. The Firm shall not be held liable for logistical excursions or environmental exposure once the order has left our control.

05. Fiscal Remediation

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HRS DISTRIBUTION DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS-IS” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS.”

06. Fraud Prevention

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback without exhausting our arbitration protocol is classified as Financial Sabotage. Users who engage in fraudulent chargebacks will have their identity data shared with industry-wide databases.

07. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the Laws of England and Wales. All disputes shall be resolved via Binding Private Arbitration in a venue chosen solely by the Distributor.
