• Legal Status & Non-Entitlement: Points are promotional in nature, carry zero monetary value, and do not constitute personal property. They are non-transferable between accounts, cannot be pooled, and cannot be assigned by operation of law. Points are redeemable solely for eligible products on the HRS Distribution platform, excluding shipping fees, taxes, or restricted hazard-class inventory.
• Unambiguous Referral Validation: A referral is legally recognized only if the referee: (a) is a bona fide unique individual, (b) registers natively using your precise tracking link, and (c) completes a first-time purchase exceeding a minimum checkout threshold of £20.00. The associated reward will remain in a “Pending” state for a mandatory 30-day clearing window to ensure the order is fully settled and free from chargebacks, returns, or cancellations.
• Automated Fraud & Sybil Control: Our system deploys continuous algorithmic fraud detection. Any matching metadata between a referrer and a referee, including, but not limited to, shared IP addresses, geographic subnets, MAC/Device IDs, browser fingerprints, physical billing/shipping addresses, phone numbers, or funding sources (same credit card, crypto wallet, or digital banking profile) will cause immediate, automated isolation of both accounts.
• Prohibition of Public Distribution & Spam: Referral links are strictly intended for private, peer-to-peer sharing among verified professional colleagues or fellow laboratory researchers. Solicitations on public voucher sites, discount aggregation networks, forums, Reddit, or via automated spam/mass-mailing systems are strictly prohibited. Discovery of an HRS referral link on a public coupon repository will result in the immediate blacklisting of the link and the erasure of all accrued points.
• Anti-Manipulation & Simulated Traffic: Any attempt to interact with the referral infrastructure via automated scripts, bots, emulators, virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy configurations, temporary email generators, or coordinated “click farms” constitutes a material breach of service.
• Jackpot Execution & Lifecycle Cap: The 10,000-point Jackpot is rigidly restricted to a maximum of one (1) payout per lifetime user account, household, and organization. Upon hitting the 10th verified referral milestone and triggering the jackpot, the referral counter locks permanently. It will not loop, reset, or restart under the same user identity or associated digital footprint.
• Discretionary Audit & Freezing Rights: HRS Distribution reserves the absolute, unilateral right to place a administrative hold on any account and freeze its point balance for up to 60 days to conduct a forensic audit of referral traffic. We reserve the right to demand formal identity verification (KYC) or professional laboratory credentials from either party prior to releasing pending points.
• Forfeiture, Inactivity, & Program Termination: Points expire immediately and irreversibly if an account fails to execute a fully settled, paid commercial transaction within any rolling 12-month window. HRS Distribution maintains the unrestricted right to modify, devalue, suspend, or completely terminate the rewards program at any time without liability for unredeemed balances.
